About Elana Murray

Elana Murray serves as Director of Professional Development for Southeastern Residential, where she supports agents at every stage of their careers while also actively serving clients as a real estate professional.

Before entering real estate in 2019, Elana spent 22 years as a salon owner, colorist, and educator. Her experience building a business, developing talent, and educating professionals shaped the approach she brings to agent development today. Along the way, she learned that success depends as much on relationships and communication as it does on technical expertise.

In her dual role, Elana helps buyers and sellers navigate their real estate goals while also helping agents build successful businesses. She works with new agents to establish a strong foundation and provides coaching, training, courses, and mastermind groups for experienced agents looking to grow. Her focus is on helping agents develop the skills, systems, and confidence they need to achieve their goals and build businesses that reflect their individual strengths.

Elana believes effective coaching starts with listening. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, she works alongside agents to help them identify opportunities, overcome challenges, and create a path forward that fits the way they work best. Her active experience in real estate allows her to bring practical, real-world insight to the agents she supports every day.
