One of the best agents that we could have ask for. Moving from out of state was made so much easier due to Ashley Surrency's hard work. I would rate her a 6 out of 5. Very knowledgeable about the area and extremely trustworthy. Ashley made my wife and I very comfortable about the choice we made and was very patient with us as we searched houses all over the area. We never once felt pressured or like an annoyance to Ashley. I would recommend her 110%.
I was selling my house, which was rented out at the time, from 1,000 miles away and Ashley made that possible. She was an invaluable resource of knowledge and understanding. She not only sold my house quickly but was willing to do all the leg work I could not do being so far away. She truly did all of the work from coordinating with our property management company and renter all the way through the closing. She was always extremely professional and I would recommend her to anyone. My one complaint is she is too far away to sell me a house in New England!

I have been told that I'm not a easy person to get along with when it comes to change. From selling our old hose, moving in with family, and building our dream home, I was not very welcoming in many ways. Ashley picked up on this horrible trait of mine, and was always able to explain things to me, and bring clarity to things when they were not easy to see. There was never a moment that we couldn't call and talk to her. She was always making sure things were down in writing for our protection. Even now as the punch-list dwindles down, she is still calling to make sure everything is perfect! To whoever reads this, Ashley is a blessing, and if given the opportunity she should be your agent.
