Joann is a seasoned real estate professional with over a decade of experience, driven by a servant's heart and a strong commitment to serving others. Before embarking on her successful career in real estate, Joann dedicated over 23 years as an Emergency 911 Operator and served as a Union Shop Steward, where she honed exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Joann's dedication to service extends beyond her career into her community involvement. She actively supports The Bridge 2 Home as a fundraising committee member and mentor, providing sanctuary for young girls who are victims/survivors of sex trafficking.

In her personal life, Joann finds joy in her close-knit family. She and her husband, a veteran who served 30 years in the Air Force, are proud parents to five adult daughters. They cherish their roles as grandparents ("Mimi & Papa") to four grandchildren, eagerly anticipating the arrival of their fifth grandchild later this fall. With two son-in-laws currently serving in active duty, Joann has a deep understanding of military life and the unique challenges faced by military families.

Joann's love for her family extends to her four beloved dogs, who bring her immense joy and companionship. In her neighborhood, she is also known as the "sourdough lady" for her love of baking and generosity in sharing homemade breads and treats with others. This gesture reflects her warm and giving nature, which defines her approach to both personal relationships and professional endeavors.
