REALTOR®Joe Cianciolo is a real estate agent, licensed in GA and a member of the National Association of REALTORS® Joe’s background includes serving his country both in and out of uniform for over 29 years. This service consisted of traveling domestically and internationally and serving in a number of various military positions and operational roles. After retiring from the Army in 2013 at the rank of Sergeant Major and then working as a military contractor for over six years, Joe decided to settle down and make Evans his home. Joe brings his professional demeanor and skills to the CSRA real estate market.
Joe understands that the real estate process can be challenging and overwhelming, he is passionate about meeting the needs of his client. He believes it is crucial to educate his clients throughout every step of the real estate process so that they feel confident in their decision to buy or sell their home.
He is an enthusiastic sports fan and golfer, that enjoys spending time with his family. Most vacations are spent in the RV with his wife, his bluetick coonhound named Bella, and Australian Cattle Dog (Red Heeler) named Lucky Luca. His son, a recent UGA graduate, lives and works in Atlanta.
