Katie was born in Augusta, GA, and grew up outside of Thomson, GA. Katie graduated high school from Briarwood Academy. She then graduated from Augusta University with a Bachelor's in Accounting. She was a collegiate softball player and attributes her success on and off the field to her strong Faith. Katie has been licensed since November 2014 and focuses on both new construction, as well as resales while keeping her main focus on her clients.
