Very knowledgeable about the area and extremely trustworthy. Ashley made my wife and I very comfortable about the choice we made and was very patient with us as we searched houses all over the area. I would strongly suggest Ashley Surrency as your agent if you are looking at moving to the Augusta, GA area. She knows the area, and is very easy to work with. She is willing to show more than a few houses, unlike some realtors who are 3-4 houses and then they pressure you to a decision. She even went as far as showing me some houses in my price range, but outside of my main desires as a comparison just to give me more options. She's a great realtor, and I'm sure she'll serve you well if you choose her.

Even thought the underwriter created roadblocks to our end goal of owning the home, Ashley was nothing short of excellent.
