I would be honored to assist you with buying or selling a home, whether you are a first-time homebuyer, buying investment properties, downsizing, selling due to a life-changing event, or building your forever dream home! I started my real estate career with Blanchard and Calhoun in 2009 after a 16 year career with E-Z-GO Textron, where I held various positions within the Finance Department. While at Blanchard and Calhoun, I was recognized every year for my achievement in sales. In 2016, I was promoted to Vice President. In July 2017, I was presented with an amazing opportunity to join Southeastern Residential and be one of the Site Agents at River Island. River Island is a conservation community along the banks of the Savannah River and has received numerous awards for BEST Community in Columbia County, so it was an opportunity that I could not pass up and have thoroughly enjoyed.

I was appointed to Vice President for Southeastern Residential in 2019. And I was honored to be the “Agent of the Year’ for 2019 and 2020.

Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you can make. I do not take it lightly and am honored to guide you through the process to make it as easy and enjoyable as possible. While I am passionate about new construction, I also enjoy helping clients buy and sell homes and land. I am licensed in both GA and SC, primarily focusing on Columbia County, Richmond County, and Aiken County. I can also assist with Commercial transactions if you are looking to buy or lease a property.

I grew up across the river in McCormick, SC, and moved to Augusta shortly after finishing college. I have a Financial Management degree from Clemson University and am a die-hard UGA fan thanks to my Dad and my husband, who are both UGA grads. My husband is the reason I started my real estate career and has been extremely helpful throughout my career. I love sports (college football is the best time of the year!), doing yard work (not housework!), and spending time with family and friends. And I am a huge animal lover so finding the perfect home for your four-legged friend is a top priority!
