I can't say enough good things about Madera, she is infinitely knoweledgeable gives great advice. She also is very intuitive to find out what her clients goals are. She takes all of the that in my case I was selling she prices the house to maximize the profit verses the days on the market and she does while making the experience both fun and enjoyable right up unitl closing.
